Cigarettes sold at Cheapest Cigs are for personal use only and not for resale.
By placing an order on Cheapest Cigs you enter a purchase contract and agree to the following conditions.
- As a condition of doing business, the buyer must fully comply with all fiscal and regulatory requirements for which the buyer is responsible as applicable to the goods, which are the subject of the invoice that is generated by the shopping cart of this site.
- U.S. consumers who buy goods from foreign sources become the importer. The importer is responsible for assuring that the goods comply with a variety of both state and federal government import regulations.
- The buyer instructs the seller to send the goods by International Postal Service to the address provided by the buyer. To speed up a package through Customs examination at a port's International Mail Branch, the buyer instructs the seller to affix a completed green Customs Declaration Form to the outside of the package. The buyer requests to attach a declaration to each parcel stating the description of the item, the corresponding value, weight, and qty. The buyer, and again exclusively the buyer, causes to ship the goods obtained under bond and consequently possessed by the buyer.

Goods delivery
In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us
at sales@cheapest-cigs.com quoting your order number.
If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery
address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order but
should we be unable to do this, we will replace the goods free of charge.
Delivering time
The average delivery time to United States is 2 - 3 weeks and to other countries the average
delivery time is 1 - 3 weeks. In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process
of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. In the even that you do
not receive your packages within 25 days, these packages are declared lost or stolen and we guarantee
to resend you the packages or to fully refund you the money for your order.
Due to customs regulations all orders are sent over a brief period of time (at 1 day intervals),
so you will receive your parcels over the course of a few days/weeks. Usually you will not get all
parcels at once. They rarely reach destination together. The time between the first and the last
delivery is in average 2 to 20 days (in few cases up to 4 weeks). Six cartons is the maximum order
a time! Once you received all parcels of your last order you are welcome to place a new order.
Shipping info
Our processing time is 1 to 72 hours. The parcels are collected by Postal Service once a day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are sent on the second working day following reception. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours once your credit card has been validated. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels can be shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. The time between the first and the last delivery is in average 2 to 10 days (in few cases up to 2 weeks).
Once you received all parcels of your last order you are welcome to place a new order.
Order policy

The order quantity is left to the discretion of customers but maximum purchase sum is limited to $750 and minimal purchase sum is $15.95 (no shipping costs included)
Order Cancellation
Incase you need to cancel your order, you are able to do so without any reason within 4 hours, please email us at sales@cheapest-cigs.com asking to cancel your order. Please, provide your order number and your name.
Return policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, let us know and we will give you return instructions. Then, return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. Cheapest Cigs cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.
Refunds
We return your money if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged. In the unlikely event that a faulty or
incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our
subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is not possible we will make a full refund of the purchase price.
Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to refund any monies until the appeals
procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of the outcome has been received within seven days
of its conclusion in writing to the Company. In the unlikely event that goods are not subsequently
returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having complied with the Company's Terms and Conditions,
we will replace your order FREE OF CHARGE or return your money back.
If you paid by credit card, a refund can only be issued to the same credit card.
